Affiliate Terms & Conditions
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and GPS - Global Placement Service ("we", "us") for participation in the Affiliate Program.
By registering for, accessing, or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up for or participate in the program.
We may reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account if the affiliate's promotion method, content, or referred traffic is unlawful, misleading, harmful, discriminatory, obscene, spam-based, generated by traffic exchanges, or otherwise inappropriate.
1. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
2. Commissions
Affiliates earn a fixed commission of ৳2 for every eligible job application submitted through their unique referral link, and a fixed commission of ৳50,000 when a referred candidate is successfully selected/hired for the job, plus any additional level bonus applicable to the affiliate's current tier (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
The referral link must not be altered. We are not responsible for missed commissions caused by broken, modified, or incorrectly used referral links.
A valid commission requires a genuine, new job application that is accepted and confirmed by us. Commissions may be denied, reversed, or adjusted for rejected, duplicate, or fraudulent applications, or any referral that does not meet program requirements.
3. Referral Attribution
Our referral cookie lasts 180 days from the affiliate link click. Attribution uses the most recent valid affiliate click within that period.
Referrals made using your own account, or by a member of your household or family, are accepted under this program and are eligible for commission, as long as the underlying application is genuine.
4. Payment
Affiliates may request a payout from their affiliate dashboard once their approved commission balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount of ৳50.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our admin team and processed on the following cycle: Last week of every month.
A service charge of 10% is deducted from the requested amount before payment is released. We may require valid payout details or additional verification before releasing payment. Unpaid balances may be withheld if an affiliate violates these terms or provides inaccurate payment information.
5. Restrictions
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, auto-redirects, browser extensions, toolbar traffic, bot traffic, fake leads, or automated signups are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not misrepresent themselves as GPS or imply that their website or social page is owned or operated by GPS.
Rejected, duplicate, or fraudulent job applications do not earn commission.
6. Anti-Spam Policy
Affiliates must comply with all applicable email, messaging, advertising, privacy, and anti-spam laws. All promotional messages must clearly identify the sender, include accurate contact information, avoid misleading claims, and provide a working opt-out method where required.

We do not guarantee that affiliates will earn income. Program availability, tracking, reporting, and commission approval may be interrupted or changed from time to time.
